The community is also pet-friendly, because it’s not really home without our four-legged friends. And with a full continuum of care right on campus, you’ll have peace of mind knowing support is always close by if you ever need it.
When you’re not relaxing in your thoughtfully designed home, explore the community’s beautifully landscaped grounds. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, whether you’re taking in the view from the lakeside gazebo, tending the community garden, or strolling the walking paths. The Cottage Community offers 31 different living options, including cottages, patio homes, and duplex and triplex apartments ranging from 600 to 3,200 square feet. Monthly fees vary based on the size of the home. Cottage residents enjoy maintenance-free living—including cable, water, and trash pick-up—plus full access to the main campus for activities, transportation, and a mid-day meal. Every home is equipped with a wireless nurse call system, and each resident is issued a wireless emergency pendant when they join the Bethea family.

Studios & Suites
Comfort, Convenience, and Connection.
Our beautiful apartment homes feature a variety of floor plans to fit your personal preferences, while an array of community amenities brings convenience and inspiration. Both studio and suite apartments include a private bathroom, housekeeping, activities, cable, three meals per day, and medical transportation. Many apartments have been recently renovated with new vinyl window packages, window and door casings, accessible doorways, crown molding, raised-panel doors, and custom tile showers.

Our newest neighborhood, Bethea by the Lake, features 18 state-of-the-art cottages with the largest floor plans in the area—four designs ranging from 1,600 to over 2,500 square feet. What is included in my monthly service fee?
Your monthly service fee at Bethea covers a wide range of essential services, providing convenience and peace of mind. All utilities—except phone and personal internet—are included. For residents in our independent living apartments, studios, and suites, three meals per day are included; cottage and patio-home residents enjoy a mid-day meal daily along with cable, water, and trash service. Housekeeping and weekly linen service are provided for apartment residents so you can focus on enjoying your time at Bethea without worrying about daily chores.
Are pets welcome?
Yes! We welcome pets in Independent Living, because it’s not really home without our four-legged friends.
